Apply booster oil to the surface of of the new

Apply glue to the surface of the new backhand sponge and the
blade, allow the glue to dry for 20 minutes until the surface
become transparent |

Attach the new backhand rubber sponge to the blade by a roller |

Fix the blade to the table, use a sharp cutter to cut the
backhand rubber sponge with sponge facing up |

Apply glue to the surface of the new forehand sponge and the
blade, allow the glue to dry for 20 minutes until the surface

Attach the new forehand rubber sponge to the blade by a roller |

Apply adequate pressure between the rubber sponges and the blade
by a Clicky Press for 24 hours |

Install a protection tape to the edge of the blade, cover the
new backhand and forehand rubber surfaces with plastic sheets

Measure the overall weight of the rubber sponges and the blade |
